low iron

in katie's world there is blank darkness. why? because i've been very sleepy lately and my teacher mentioned that if you have low iron you are tired and weak. yeah so now i'm totally freaking out over this whole thing. and you know what i really don't want? a blood test. they creep me out. so all i need are your prayers that i don't have low iron. anyway, since i got a new phone you can comment your numbers so i can txt you.

  2. Eat some broccoli, cheese or pepperoni pizza, beef, and some potatoes. Oh, and don't forget to drink some OJ to help your body absorb the iron in those foods. And, like your mommy said, go 2 bed earlier! Love ya!

    No news is good news so I imagine life as Katie is still boring! I hope you are sleeping better and as Aunt Veronica said, make sure you eat healthy. Lot's of water, beans, fish and all the other things that you don't like. No yogart or ice cream or other dairy products as they absorb the iron from your body. Sorry! I love the puppy updates.
